Our weekend events will take place at the village hall in Church Fenton near Tadcaster. They will include one nights B&B accommodation nearby (please state single or twin room requirement when booking),and two course pub lunches on both Saturday and Sunday. For those wanting to stay extra nights and/or have have evening meals included, this can be arranged by request . Light refreshments ( Drinks,snacks) will be available throughout both days. We need to have at least eight players, and for this, prices start from £160 pp. If between 10 and 12 people book , the price will be reduced by £15 pp.

The weekends will start at 9.00am on Saturday with lunch from 1.00pm untill 2.00pm, and finish between 5.00 to 5.30pm. Start of play on Sunday will be 9.30am, and the rest of the day follows the same as Saturday.

Saturday will begin with either Sudan or Pony Wars on our impressive 18ftx15ft tables. These games will put all players on the same side. The opposition being umpire and/or rules controlled. There is provision for those brave enough to play the Mahdists or Indians if requested.

Should the game finish on Saturday then one of our other games will be available on Sunday. If the game finishes early Sunday this will also apply.
